DODGERS 1, BREWERS 3
Jimmy Nelson was dominant on the mound and Colin Walsh reached base five times as the Brewers topped the Dodgers 3-1 on Sunday. Nelson went six strong innings, allowing just one run on four hits to earn the win for Milwaukee. The Brewers got him a run in the first when Ryan Braun singled home Walsh, then they added another in the second as Yadiel Rivera scored on a base hit by Walsh. Charlie Culberson homered off Nelson in the fifth for the only Dodgers run, but the Brewers got that run right back in the bottom of the inning when Walsh scored on an RBI single off the bat of Domingo Santana. Michael Blazek tossed two scoreless innings of relief for Milwaukee and Blaine Boyer shut down LA in the ninth to record the save.
